Vikram Kondapavuluru
Founder & Managing Director
Vikram has spent two decades moving between a broker's desk and a ranch gate — first USDA research apprentice then as a wildlife biology instructor, now as a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker managing land deals across Hidalgo, Cameron, and Willacy counties.
He has served as President and Director of Valley Real Estate Co. since 2008, is the Designated Broker behind Red Gate's broker company license, and has personally brokered or consulted on land sales to Walmart, H-E-B, and the cities of Donna, Pharr, and beyond. In 2024, he founded Red Gate, LLC to extend that same negotiating discipline to businesses outside of real estate.
Alongside the brokerage, Vikram manages La Coma Ranch as a Wildlife Biologist, having led federally permitted conservation programs for scimitar-horned oryx and other exotic species — work that shaped a long view on land, patience, and value that doesn't show up on a balance sheet right away.

Red Gate, LLC is a Texas limited liability company formed in McAllen in 2024, operating under the same brokerage infrastructure Vikram has run since 2008. Where Valley Real Estate Co. handles the transactional real estate work, Red Gate is the advisory arm — built for clients who need a strategist first and a closer second, whether or not the asset in question is land.
Every engagement is backed by an active Texas broker license and two decades of relationships with landowners, municipal officials, and institutional buyers across the Valley.
