Red Gate, LLC was founded in McAllen in 2024 by Vikram Kondapavuluru, a Texas real estate broker whose deals have closed with Walmart, H-E-B, and city governments across Hidalgo and Cameron counties. Red Gate extends that same discipline — identifying value, negotiating terms, and closing cleanly — into general business consulting.
We still speak fluent real estate. We just no longer stop there.
